Need to stay in Cairns overnight? You can stay at my apartment on the 9th floor in the centre of Cairns. Right opposite the Cairns Central Shopping Centre. Close to bus station and Rusty's Markets. 

Often I have surplus banana suckers which I can cut away from the tree to share. Suckers will vary in size (I can let you know how large the current suckers are I have if you contact me.) and will be delivered bare rooted in used animal feed bags. I estimate that they'll be around 75-100cm in height. 15B/sucker

I have the following banana varieties that I can offer suckers from:

- sugar (full sized trees)

- dwarf sugar (around 3m tall. So far all have produced 3-4 hand sized bunches so very manageable for one person/older person to harvest.)

- lady finger (fill sized tree)

- blue java (full sized tree)

- dwarf cavandish (around 3m tall)

I won't have viable suckers from all varieties all of the time so there might be a wait until some grow large enough.

We have space available for workshops - building, compost making, gardening - anything that requires room for people to make a mess! Not an all-weather venue, but plenty of room to spread out on our easily-accessible land at Tarzali with ample parking. Two two-car carports for some shade/shelter. I can possibly supply some materials, tables etc as well. Suitable venue for supervised children. Camping, cooking, cabin, spare room, and bathroom facilities available for longer events.
